The big trade show is next month and everything is ready to go. The marketing department (finally!) got a new pop-up display that’s easier to set up and take down and comes with its own carrying case. Banner stands and brochure racks also fold up and go in a case with smaller items such as brochures, business cards, table covers, and giveaways.

Given all the factors that need to come together for a successful trade show, its best to be as organized as possible. What have you missed? After calling to double check the trade show details, you discover the company’s booth is buried in the far back corner of the exhibition hall. There are a few high visibility spaces in the main isle ways of the hall, so you switch booth locations at no extra cost.
